CHILD CARE WORKER
Department: Intensive Management Needs Unit
Date to be Filled: ASAP
Child Care Worker to work in the new Intensive Management Needs Unit. Responsible to ensure a safe, secure environment for female adolescents in residence. Will develop positive therapeutic relationships that will promote self esteem, self control and positive social skills. Act as a member of an interdepartmental treatment team with professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Has strong application of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. BA/BS in field of Human Services preferred; two years in related area recommended.
