Direct Care, Residential Staff
Provide milieu therapy, behavior management and crisis intervention services, plan and implement activities, and ensure safety of students.
- Residential Child Care Workers(Awake Overnight, Weekend and Relief staff)

Educational Staff
Plan, develop and deliver academic services; implement behavior management systems.
- School Counselors
- Teaching Assistants
- Teachers: Special education certification preferred
| Clinical Staff
Provide individual, group and family therapy to girls and their families.
- Therapists and Case Managers
